Prequalifying buyers

We pre-qualify buyers and assist with bond applications via a bond originator. After approval, the buyer pays the deposit to the transferring attorney.

Conveyancing process

After bond approval, conveyancing continues until the property is registered. The seller must fulfill certain obligations to complete the transfer.

Transfer
